A great stay
The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. We were able to check in early as our room was ready. We had a dude view of the lake and the sea. The room was very clean, comfortable with good amenities. Dinner was excellent and at breakfast there was plenty of choice at the buffet. Overall, a great stay and we intend to stay again.
Last few days of summer holiday
Very, very hard to find fault with this hotel. The decor, fixtures and fittings contribute to a nice feel. The staff are young, helpful and enthusiastic, the rooms spotlessly clean and the food excellent. Look out for Betty too — the robot who delivers room service. Fantastic idea.
Best all round hotel in town
Modern hotel, well equipped and air conditioned with great coastal views right out to Blackpool. Staff really good and sorted out a problem faster than any other hotel I've stayed in. Restaurant good, offering excellent value. Good breakfasts too. Clearly a well run hotel with motivated staff.
Beautiful stay — it was just Bliss
We stayed for a week and cannot recommend it enough. Staff were young, courteous, happy and worked very hard. A very generous breakfast with everything you could imagine, afternoon tea if required and then evening meal. Couldn't fault anything.
Wonderful Hotel & great location
We stayed as a base for playing some great golf courses all within easy reach. Reception staff are friendly and welcoming. Bar and restaurant staff are great. The breakfast has everything you could want. The hotel is in a great location, and the underground car park was free and very large.
Super hotel
Had a 4 day stay here and could not fault the hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable clean rooms, great breakfast with plenty of staff to answer any requests. Evening bar was well staffed meaning quick service. Free parking under the hotel for residents. Recommended.
