Q.   How do I register on your web site?
A.  There is no need to register until you would like to make a booking. Existing customers can log straight in and new customers will be asked to register towards the end of the booking proces.

A.  Completely. We use the latest in secure technology when you provide us with your personal details and credit card information. Q.   I phoned my hotel and they have no record of my reservation
A.  We book rooms out of a guaranteed allocation of rooms but sometimes only send through to the hotel the list of guest names 48 hours prior to arrival. So, please do not worry if the hotel does not have a record of your reservation - once you have booked with us your room is guaranteed.

Q.   Do I need to re-confirm my booking with the hotel directly?
A.  No. blisshotels.co.uk handles all aspects of your reservation including re-confirming reservations.

Q.   How do I know if my hotel reservation is confirmed?
A.  Once confirmed you will be notified by email and your account on the blisshotels.co.uk web site will update automatically

Q.   How do I amend or cancel my reservation?
A.  All amendments and cancellations must be made either by e-mail to web site or by post to us. Amendments and cancellations must not be made directly with the hotel.
